The room was okay overall, but I wouldn’t say it felt especially clean. I noticed some dust, and the bathroom definitely could’ve used a little more attention. It wasn’t awful by any means, but for the price and what I expected, it felt a bit underwhelming.

Check-in was a mess. The wording made it seem like it would be quick and simple, but we ended up waiting way too long, and the staff couldn’t really explain what was going on. It was a frustrating way to start the stay.

We stayed at Grand Bear Resort and overall it was a good trip. The room was clean, the bathroom looked fine, and the beds were comfortable, so no major complaints there. That said, one of the lamps wasn’t working right and the AC was kind of noisy at night, which got a little annoying. Maintenance did come up quickly after we called, and they were helpful, but I was a bit worn out from having to deal with another small service issue during a stay. Still, it wasn’t a bad experience at all, just not totally smooth.

We ate at the restaurant while staying at the resort, it was better than I expected. My burger was cooked just right, the kids liked their pasta, and the fries were hot — actually, not just hot, they were really fresh too.

The service was friendly even once it started getting busy. Prices were standard for a resort, not exactly cheap, but fair enough for the food and convenience. I’d definitely eat there again.

We went for a day at the waterpark it turned into the big highlight of our trip. The kids were absolutely thrilled from the second we got there, like they had entered some kind of splash-filled paradise. It was a really fun day, and they’re still talking about it nonstop...

We stayed here for a quick family trip, and the staff was really nice the whole time. The front desk was busy when we arrived, but they still took the time to answer our questions and got us checked in without making it feel like a hassle.
One of the guys there helped us figure out where to grab food and where to get extra towels, which we really appreciated. It wasn’t perfect since we did have to wait a bit at one point, but everyone we spoke with was friendly and seemed to really care.

The location worked out really well for us. It was an easy drive in, simple to find, and close to the stuff we wanted to go see. made the whole weekend feel way less rushed and just easier overall.

It was a good deal for a short stay. The room was clean, and there was enough around the resort to keep us busy without feeling bored. I was going to say the food and little extras were kind of pricey, but actually, for the overall experience, it still felt worth it. I’d go back.

I booked our stay online and, it was painless. I’m usually a little suspicious when a site makes everything sound too smooth and “seamless,” but the dates and room choices were actually easy to understand, and the confirmation email came through right away.
The billing was the main thing I was watching for, because that’s where companies like to sneak in little surprises. But the total stayed the same, no random fees showed up, and when I had a quick question about the charge, they answered fast. I’d book again.

The kids seemed to like it well enough, so that was good. It was kind of crowded when we went, especially around that one area, but overall it was decent for keeping them entertained for a bit
